Curbside Service Available
CURBSIDE SERVICE AVAILABLE STARTING MAY19th
The Weston Public Library will offer curbside service at the Main Library and the Grand Rapids Branch Library beginning Tuesday, May19th. Patrons are invited to call the Weston Library at 419-669-3415 or the Grand Rapids Branch Library at 419-832-5231 Monday thru Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to make a reservation for curbside service.
1. On arrival at the library's parking lot patrons will call the library.
2. Staff will bring their items outside and place them on the table outside the door. If raining, a table will be directly inside the door of the library.
3. When staff has returned inside the building, patrons can exit their vehicles and pick up their items.
The library is following guidelines for safe handling of library materials, so staff will not be able to accept returns during pick-up service.
All returned items are to be placed in the outside drop box.
Patrons will be able to use curbside service to pick up their holds as they become available. Not exactly sure what you want? That’s ok. We can provide a stack of pictures books to freshen up your child’s story time, some recommended reads based on your favorite book or some new movies.
The library will be following the latest guidelines available regarding safe handling of library material. Those currently include 72-hour quarantine on returned material, based on recommendations from the CDC. Please expect a short delay on these returned items being cleared from your library account. The library continues to be fine free for overdue materials.
Virtual services, including virtual programming will continue. Digital materials are always available from the Ohio Digital Library at www.westonpl.org.

1. What will happen to my holds? You can now call 419-669-3415 (Weston) or 419-832-5231 (Grand Rapids) to make a curbside reservation to pick up your holds.
2. Can I get items from other libraries? The delivery system is currently still closed.
3. What do I do with items that are due while the library is closed? Please use the outside drop box at both locations.
4. Can I still borrow online materials? Yes! We encourage patrons to use our online resources at www.westonpl.org.
5. When can I come into the library? We are working to make it safe for patrons and staff, making certain we are within the safety guidelines from the State of Ohio, The Ohio Library Council, Local Health Department and the CDC.
